Individual Leases
We use by-the-bed leasing for resident convenience and parent piece of mind. When a student signs a lease at Eclipse on Broad, they are solely responsible for their individual bedroom/bathroom and portion of the common spaces. In the event that a roommate in the unit breaks their lease or decides to move out early, the student will not be charged for their monthly installment.
Roommate Matching
No roommate? No problem! Eclipse on Broad offers residents the choice to opt into our complimentary roommate matching program. All students have to do is download the RoomSync app, answer the questionnaire, and get instantly matched with UGA students who share their habits and interests!
